Irrigation With
Center Pivots
The new center pivot
irrigation system at the Fresno State Campus Farm Laboratory will be
used as the outdoor classroom for this seminar. The program will
include center pivot basics and economics and a panel discussion
with growers who are successfully using the systems. A tour and
demonstration of the center pivot used on a Fresno State silage corn
block will cover DU, Etc and soil-moisture sensing. Continental
breakfast and lunch will be served.
