Irrigation Tech: Pump Testing and Efficiency

With this year's surface water delivery estimates, chances are you will be relying heavily on your pumps this season. Now is the time - before you really need them - to find out about getting your pumps tested and making sure they are working efficiently. In this seminar, growers will be shown proper procedures to prepare their pumping systems for the long, hot summer season ahead. Field demonstrations of pump testing and proper maintenance will be demonstrated in a hands-on approach on the Fresno State Farm.
